TELEPHONE CONFERENCE OF THE BOARD

This telephone
conference was mainly about coordinating the ad hoc committee meeting in New
York next week and agreeing on practical matters in that respect.
Following items were
discussed as well:

It is WNUSP turn to preside the IDA
meetings next year, decision about this should be made in June. It is
expected that one chair person and one other representative from WNUSP
should attend the meetings. If we wait the
chairing role can be taken by DPI, and WNUSP will have to wait our next
turn. Karl suggests that we wait until we have strengthened our membership
relations and have a more active board. The matter will also
be discussed with Judi in New York.

Karl has started working to arrange a
congress for ENUSP and WNUSP in Denmark in the fall of 2004.
